Joni had a presentation at the scholar and feminist conference at Barnard College. She starts to talk about climate change and says that context of our lives for the near and our future. She said we are in the mist of our climate change. She made a statement that said planetary systems are at risk, and the threat is real. She has called it her two degree rant. I thought it was interesting that it was her open statement that she used but it caught my attention for sure.

She said there are specific leaders political and civil society that they are alarmed and it is received. We need to address climate change to help the issues before anything changes she said. Scale of threat requires policy leadership and action because she said big threats and leaderships. It does not look good she said and she said that is not what we are getting. She said there is no plan to figure out the economy. She said the plan is MAD. Three part plan markets, adaptations, and degrees of dangerousness. It was very informational on how to take over and what we need to do as a whole to make a change
